I love White Rock.

I am all settled into my place. Still some pictures to hang (did a bunch today) but basically settled. I'm loving being out here. Spending time with family is great. So here is a few of the photos as of late, to bring you up to date. Check Flickr.



Both Maggie the Cat and Bear Cat went for adventures in the space behind the washer and dryer, Maggie came out looking like this. I had to snap a picture before I cleaned the cob webs off.

The cats love the space, and long to go outside BUT WON'T.



I set up the living room area, and I'm loving the fact that cable, internet and all utilities are included in my rent. I watched a program on a serial killer The Yorkshire Ripper the other night.

I might get a different kitchen table and chairs, even so I love the little bar like chairs, even if the hydraulics on one is dead. And I LOVE cooking in my kitchen. I made the perfect chicken the other night. Clean up is so easy, and the dishwasher kicks ass.



When it was super hot, I laid out in the sunshine for a few minutes at a time in the back yard. Visited with the landlady's cat. There are 3 little dogs upstairs too. They are a little noisy. Little dogs seem to love to YAP all the time at stuff. When I was allowing the cats in the sun room, they would always scare my cats by running at the sliding door window and barking.



Aside from the place, being close to family is the greatest part. Dinner with my cousin down the road, beach days with my niece, my niece's school picnic, whatever it may be, I am loving it. My besties even came out one Sunday and we all lazed in the hot tub and swimming pool at my brother's.

June has been a wonderful month.

And today I found out my cousin Amber (and her husband Mike) are expecting.
